Birgit Kaiser began her career in the Real Estate Industry in 1991 following a solid foundation graduating from a German Business College. She very quickly accumulated knowledge and experience not only in the traditional Residential and Commercial areas, but also in the specialised field of selling 'Off Plan'.
She founded the company in 2001 and extended her knowledge to include Project Management and is now also registered with the NHBRC as a Construction Company, upon successful completion of the builders examination.
She prides herself on being hands-on and will go the 'Extra Mile' to find her clients the desired property. Whether it is a first time home, a family property, a commercial plot or a vast tract of land suitable for development projects - nothing is too small or too big.
The company specialises in selling properties in the KwaZulu Natal area, especially around Kloof and The Upper Highway Area but is by no means limited to only these areas.
